Fr. Jared is a 7th generation Texan, born and raised in Dallas but now has spent the majority of his life in Northwest Texas. He received an MA in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University, an MDiv from Seminary of the Southwest, and was ordained into the priesthood in 2013. Jared is married to Ericka, a middle school educator, and they have three children. In his free time he enjoys creative writing, collecting vinyl records, watching classic films, and traveling anywhere with his family.
